vb.org Archive - Seperate registration??

Is there anyway i can have 2 or 3 separate ways to register on my forums? Basically i have a site for Nannies and i want a registration area for them with all the relevant fields, then one for the Agencies with all relevant Fields and one for the parents ...
Also is there a hack that can link two separate VB boards on separate domains so any registration can then allow them access to both (in accordance with permissions) basically integrate the two communities?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
