chat room question
 

We would like to install a chatroom on our vbulletin that has the abliity to run pre typed scripts all by itself. For example, I would type a document and then only have to type a command like /run document.txt and it would run line by line into the meeting without me having to type at the speed of light. Any suggestions?

P.S. I think we prefer not to use IRC because then the mods have to download some form of mirc to be able to run these scripts.
