customising templates
 
Perhaps this has been answered somewhere and i just cant find it as a vbulletin newbie. I am wanting to customise the table look of the forum, particularly, i need to decrease the space between the header and the first forum title. Basically, bring items further up the screen, so the forum is further up the screen, deleting table rows, etc...

i know this involves template editing, my html skills are fine, and i can understand php, but where do i go? probably easy when i know how...

thx in advance for any help here.
