Enabling Rep

I couldn't find anything in the manual about this or in the bit in AdminCP, but all i want to do is allow user to have a rep level next to their name and be able to give/remove rep. kty

ACP --> vBulletin Options --> User Reputation Options --> Enable User Reputation system
