Question about the Banned users group
 

Hello,
I have noticed that once a user is banned I can not add a note to their profile.

Is this how I have the group set up or is that just standard for this group.

Also when a user is in the banned group, I can not even see the notes. Is there a way to see them without un banning them?

Is there anyway around this. What I did was move the person to moderated users added the note then put them back in banned users.

Is there a better way of doing this?

Try looking in the usergroup permissions for the banned group.

HI King, geez I totally missed one setting and that is all it was. I had post notes for this group to no. Changed it to yes and now it works.

Sometimes someone just mentioning to look at things again helps.
