Change [minicode] to Courier New

Please? It will fit in with the PHP, HTML and Code tags then. Plus it looks a lot better then normal Courier. :D

I'd also propose a name change, to [icode] (inline code), its quicker to type and saves from having to type [Font=...] or use the advanced editor.

Maybe a little to much wishful thinking but worth a try :p
