fonts and color in text
 

I'm having some issues with changing color and fonts in text on posts. Some of my members can and some can't. I've looked and can't see anything in the settings. At first, I thought it was just that some member groups had different settings, but still, some in a certain group can and some can't change it.

When I post as admin, I'm able to make changes fine. When I post under my other name, it puts in ex: [size="3"] but when I save the post, it reverts back to the default size and color.
