I desperately need help
 
We're just starting a board on our site. It's not even live yet.

It looks like this: http://cornzine.com/board/index2.php
But I want it set up more like this: http://instrife.com/board

How do I go about that?

Are you talking about the width? You have your table set to be 767px wide. To change that, go to Styles & Templates > Style Manager > find your style > StyleVars > Main Table Width (pixels or percentage) set that to 100%

if you set the width to 100%, you will not be able to use the header image in it's current form
