Question & Answer behind "Contact us"
I've got many people always asking the same things when writing under "contact us".
Isn't there a hack to put before the contact-us-form where the member can be ask for different things? I believe that this would prevent a lot of people of writing because the would see the solution for their problem themselves. Marcel |
I added a statement on my Contact Us page that address several issues that users have and no matter how much I try to make it easy to understand, I still get the same questions!!
But, it sounds like you want more than to just write a statement, you want to add a form? |
Correct.
I want to ask: Is your feedback about ... - ... - ... - Problems with Registration If he hits "Problems with Registration", I want to ask further questions and also give some hints. If at last he still wants to contact me, he can go on. |

It's one I did for my site that is an automatic template edit and uses a phrase. PM me and I will get it to you. I don't want to release it here.
