Standard thread template for user to fill in information
 

I hope this is the correct place to ask my question.

I wonder whether is it possible to create a standard template/form for one of the sub-forum so that everytime when a member start a new thread in that forum, he will just need to fill in the blanks rather than typing his own text.

For example, when a member start a new thread in that particular forum, the following questions will be posted to him.

1) What is the item that you are trying to sell?
2) Is there any warranty left for the item that you are trying to sell?
3)
4)
etc...

The member will just need to fill in his answers and when the thread is created, it will show something like

1) What is the item that you are trying to sell? "PSP"
2) Is there any warranty left for the item that you are trying to sell? "No"
3)
4)
etc...
