Problem with Notification Menu

I was wondering if someone could provide to me a way to add the New Notifications Menu in vb 3.7.0 to an older style i have from 3.6.8, as i have migrated to vB 3.7.0 RC1

I would like, the code to insert and whereabouts to place it.

Any help is appreciated, and is quite urgent.
