I've seen on many forums where the member has to have a certain amount of posts before they can have a hyperlink within there posts. Can't find it, any help?

currently the 3rd link down in vBulletin 3.6 Add-ons

there is also a basic 3.5 addon by amykhar that does this without all the other non needed stuff with cyb's hack and yes the 3.5 addon works in 3.6 or 3.7

That product didn't work for me. Any others?
