Flashchat Members not recognized
 

I'm running 2 flashchats on my site. One in the singles area (osdate) the other on the forums. The singles one is working great.

My problem, on the forum chat, anyone who is a registered user or admin can get into chat. Anyone who is a member of a custom group I've created (singles) it's not recognizing their username or password, says invalid. I thought at first it was because I had 2 different chats and they were interferring.. But I have someone on the forum who I've put into the custom user group, but isn't registered on the osdate area, so it's something in settings on vbulletin. Is there something I need to change on my custom user group that will allow chat to recognize and let them in?

Did you download the flashchat integration hacks from vBulletin.org i beleive they are made by Paul M,

Then follow the instructions to a T, and you may have to make some edits depending on usergroup numbers.

Moved to correct forum.

If you are using the Tufat supplied vbulletin CMS file (actually written by me) then you need to edit the top of it to add your custom usergroup to the definitions.

I finally figured it out. I put them them in the secondary group of registered user and it's letting them in fine now.
