Adding Video's To Posts With Usergroup Permissions

Hi

Is there any mod out there that will enable me to add video's to my posts (maybe as attachments) and ALSO enable me to add user permissions so say only premium members can watch the video's

This is all i need to make my site exactly how i want it.

If any one has any suggestions or reccomendations could they please post below.
