preventing a user group from posting live url links
 
hi, i'm running v3.6 and i would like to prevent a user group from posting live url links. is there a mod or a setting that can allow this?

i want to do this because i want to prevent users in the normal registered users group from posting live url links. i will create a new user group (contributing users group) that can post live url links. once users in the normal registered users group reach a certain level, these users will be promoted to the newly created user group (contributing users group).
