Vbulletin Blog Unregistered Users

Ok so if I want users to be able to pick whether or not unregistered users can view there blog? Is there a hack that makes this, or is there a way to do this how hard would it be to do this?

I have the same question. Anyone?

A work around would be to import the registered user base into a user's contact list. Anybody know how to do that painlessly?
