Dropdown Boxes to take users to relevant sub-forums?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi,The forum that I intend on designing will have many hundreds of sub-forums - eg. The will be a forum for all countries, then sub-forums for all states, then sub-forums for all cities, etc... which will mean that if a user wants to go directly to a particular city, they will need to choose the country, then state, then city - to view all the relevant threads.

Are there any tools/plugins for VBulletin which would allow me to place dropdown boxes at the top of the main page which would allow users to quickly scroll the dropdown boxes to find their relevant country, state, city and then be taken directly to the particular sub-forum - as this will save the user a lot of time?
Please supply links and examples if possible.
Thanks

There is already a forum jump menu. See the bottom right of the forum.

Yes - I am looking for a mod which is similar to the jump menu at the bottom right - but would be able to display three separate jump menus - say for example i) Countries ii) States iii)Cities - ie a hierarchial breakdown of sub-forums but defined in three seaparate dropdown boxes.
Is there any mod which performs this or something similar?
Thanks

Never seen one like that before, but once you have purchased a license you can post a request to have one created.

I've not seen it either... but vBulletin is the best thing out there for forums...
Hundreds of SubForums? it will take you from months to years to have 1 user per subforum

As I said on VB.com....it all seems a bit overkill for a new forum. The site would need a specific purpose. Most people aren't gonna post just because it has their town or state name. lol

Can you even *have* that number of forums in vbulletin? I would seriously look into the prefixes or tagging options to use instead. It doesn't look good to have a bunch of empty forums. Or to have a forum where you are only posting to yourself.

This does not depend on vBulletin, but the server configuration.
