How do you get all your posting information on one side like this?

Go to Admin CP >>> vBulletin Options >>>> vBulletin Options >>> Style & Language Settings >>> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template and set it there.

Also, when you encounter something that tells you to edit your postbit, you won't be editing your postbit template, but your postbit_legacy template.
