From what i can see, there is an actual cmps, but it appears he isnt really using it except to port in the left column from the vbadvanced program, you can use a left column hack and do basically everything he is doing with out adding on the vbadvanced program if you dont want to.

Which blocks are you wanting to use that he is using?

You will need to install vbadvanced, add vbadvanced column in the forums, the blocks you want activated to be in the column, will all need to reside in the column you are calling from vbadvanced.

It would be better for you to post at vbadvanced for support on their product though, there are howto's on their site explaining everything you are wanting to do with their product.

The left column is a combination of default and custom blocks he made. The "registration notification/statistics/and birthday mods are all all vbulletin.org mods". It's all pretty simple stuff to install and enable.
