How do I remove the "MOD CP" link within arcade for my mods?

I dont want them messing with the information / stats...

open /arcade/modules/mod_arcade.php

search for

          $the_links .= "&nbsp;&nbsp;&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href='".$ibforums->base_url."act=Arcade&amp;module=modcp'>".$ibforums->lang['arcade_cp_link']."</a>";

and remove this line

this removes the Arcade ModCP link

This does remove the link, but not access to the ModCP if they have the URL bookmarked. How do you limit access to the ModCP?
