Notifications not being sent out

Just installed this mod, which is fantastic by the way. But my high score been beaten notifications arent being sent out, and ill be jiggered if i can figure out why.

Anyone able to shed any light on this?

Did you turn it on in the settings?

remember that beside the global settings each user can select to deactivate this for himself :)
