How Move Thread Description?

I am sure there is a more technical way of explaining it, however, I will try to explain the problem instead by using an example. I would like to have my logo in between 2 navbars and have the "Forum Home>Forum>Thread" beneath it like at:

http://www.namepros.com/domain-name-discussion/

NamePros.Com > Domain Names
Domain Name Discussion

Does anyone know how this is done?
