Can anyone help 3 dumb blondes??

None of us admin are very clever with techy stuff, I've downloaded the newest vbulletin 3.6.9 thingy and unrard it, but now we are stuck.
Is anyone able to help by giving us instructions (very clear and simple ones) to actually do whatever you need to do with the unrard folder

sort of thing like

does anyone understand what I mean?:erm::o:erm::o
