url detect system
 

Okay i wonder izzit posible a programmer create a add-on for url detect system .

Example i got this url : http://user:pass@www.sitename.com i want to add this into a system which allow it detect automatic If someone going to re-post this . It will say u not allow to post this because Someone already did .

I also Hope the system able to REMOVE the " http://user:pass@www.sitename.com " and ADD so it keep updating from time to time .

So i think i want system able to detect what already added into it and say sum msh say u not allow post this because someone already did .

This can prevent alot post with same URLs...im a base URL forum .
