Mac User reg. issue
 

I'm just setting up my site. A friend uses a Mac. She wasn't able to register, and it didn't show in admin as her having attempted to. I manually registered her and can login using her password and ID. She still can't. It keeps giving her a invalid user name message. Is there some setting I need to change? Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you looked in the error_logs to see if there is something in there? Is this on a default vbulletin skin with no modifications? Try disabling your mods and see if it works. If so, one of your mods is causing the problem. Or, if you aren't using a default skin, try using the default skin and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, then it is your skin.

I am using a different skin. I'll try going to the default and see if it changes things, thanks. If not, I'll let you know.

If anyone else has any suggestion, just in case, please let me know.

We figured it out, thanks so much. Still not sure why she wasn't showing as registered and I had to do it manually, but now that I have registered her myself, we finally figured out what was blocking her from signing on. I mispelled her password .. duhhhhhh, Well, I AM blonde lol
