Delete Custom Template?

I am sure this is probably a stupid question, but I am trying to delete some custom templates that were installed with a modification that I removed and I can't seem to figure out a way to do this...

Anyone?

If they where installed as part of the modification, then they should automatically be removed upon de-installation.

Otherwise just revert the template.
