Flash Based Video Player?
 

Where exactly would you get one of these, and what script would be recommended? Because a lot of sites I see now have either custom interfaces for playing videos in the page, or use a Youtube like video interface, and I'm wondering if it would make showing videos more conveniant for visitors and such like?

So yeah, just want to know where you'd get the interface for such things, in the same way as Youtube or the like, but without using a video hosting script (since moving 200 videos to a database is not my idea of a fun job)

Thanks for the advice. I was hoping there was someway personally to embed a non flash format video in a flash interface, but remember that I am a complete n00b to flash and the like, always preferring good old HTML and CSS.

I just installed but you will have the burden to host the videos, and that can consume alot of bandwidth... it's better vBTubePro @ vBYes.com

and to answer the question, there is a Flash WMV player out there by Jeroen Wijering but vids have to be encoded using silverlight. other than that, i dunno any other players

It's not a "flash player", it is a WMV player built WITH silverlight technologies.

Videos do not have to be "encoded with silverlight", they are normal wma/wmv files or mms streams.
