Few Questions
 

Hey, dont have much time, so i'll get straight to the point:

1) Where do templates go for vB mods/addons (what directory)? (I dont want to use vbcmps)

2) How do i add a menu to the admin cp (like on the side)?

1. Enable Debug Mode and when you add templates, assign them to your product.
2. You create cpnav_*.xml files which go into the /includes/xml directory. You will find the vBulletin default set there as well (which you can use as examples).

Add it to the end of your config.php file. This will turn on debug mode, please do not turn on debug mode on live/production servers.

Ok, i figured a lot of things out.

I am in debug mode, where do i add templates and assign them to my product? what tab do i click to get to this page?

Go into the Styles Manager and add a template to the MASTER STYLE.
