Alignment problem in IE

I am having a problem with alignment in IE but not in FF. I moved the navbar strip into the header and did a <div align="center"> before the code to center it. Like I mentioned it worked great in FF but not IE. Does anyone have any ideas to get it to work in both?

EDIT: All fixed I somehow missed putting in the = sign :rolleyes:
