post count for regulars in the same location as staff badge?
 

Hi folks,
I looked around and found similar questions but not quite what I am trying to do. A fellow admin and I put our heads together all evening trying to figure this one out but couldn't come up with a solution. What we want to do is activate the post count to display for regular members only, not staff. But here is the tricky part, we would like to display the post counts in the same location that we display our staff posticons. In the image is a staff member "artist" (to the right and above his rep boxes) and I would like the post count to show up exactly where his staff badge is for a regular member. Anyone know how to pull this off?
