VB 3.7 beta 5 > FLV format videos

It gets really irritating when you use the youtube bbcode to link to a vid and then it's gone from youtube. I'd like to have VB recognize the format and allow it to be uploaded to a user gallery.
I'd need a couple of things then. First would be to adjust whatever to accept the format and the second would be an internal player.

Any suggestions?
