kayako loginshare and vbulletin problem

Hi

I have a problem recently, I got kayako and they have a loginshare

which I can put all db info there and people registered at my bulletin

can login to kayako without the need to register again

but the problem is that I receive this error in kayako

Code:

Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM `user` WHERE `username` = 'blabla'; (Table 'blabla_vb.user' doesn't exist)

Now let me tell you that my vbulletin previously was phpbb and I converted it to vbulletin can this be the cause?

what am I going to do now?

You need to ask this at Kayako support, this is not a vbulletin issue.

I know it is not a vbulletin issue I asked them but they do not know so I thought there might be a lot of people here using it

If its their program throwing the error, how is it that they dont know what is causing it?

Does your db tables have a prefix on it as it shows a prefix in the error?

Thanks for the reply

All my tables goes like this

vbulletinaccess , vbulletinadminhelp , vbulletinadministrator , vbulletinadminlog
vbulletinadminmessage , vbulletinadminutil etc.........

Before I switch to vbulletin I had phpbb and my prefex was help_

Any Idea?

thanks

Well the table that Kayako needs to look for will be vbulletinuser then, at the moment it is just looking for user.

You need to get the Kayako script edited to reflect this, you best bet is asking their support team, even though they don't seem very good.

Tell the Kayako support team that vBulletin has the ability to have a table prefix, and their script should reflect this as well.
