Newb with a question
 

Hopefully this a good place to post this?

I am a site administrator using Version 3.6.8

I have a guy that was a problem and was banned from the site...he made a big stink about not wanting to be associated with us..blah..blah...blah

He created a new user before all of this so I banned both names...but he is still able to view the site as a guest, and I do not want that.

Does this release of VBulletin have a way to ban by IP so that he cannot even access it as a guest? Or am I just out of luck with this guy?
