several user cant login
 

hello i have a problem with login.
if user login and fill the password,always stay back in to forum home. that user no online status.always offline status. all user.

but me,im login with my username < no admin,no moderator > i can login and its done.
but my all user cant login.

Tell them to clear cookies, and then come back, and be sure to check the Remember Me box when they login next.

Most importantly, make sure they have cookies enabled. Some antispyware will disable them.

clear cookies not work.
problem not solved until now.

You start talking about online/offline status.

Just to clarify... Can the users login toyour forums at all? Or is it just the status which is affected?

Either way, try disabling your modifications and using the default vBulletin theme to see if this corrects your problems.
