3.7 Social Groups in the Notifications menu
 

We've recently installed the 3.7 RC onto our boards, and the community has seriously embraced the social groups system. However, it's difficult to see if there are any new posts or pictures in a social group you are member of without actually navigating to the social groups page and viewing the group (or looking at the numbers, if you remember them from the last time you checked).

Would it be possible to somehow add "Unread Social Groups Posts" or Unviewed Social Group Album Pictures" or some variant to the Notifications menu (You know, the new one that lists if you have Visitor messages, etc)? That would make it so much easier to view whether you need to navigate to that page at a glance.

Just bumping this up, as we'd love this feature too.

I'll ad my name here also. REALLY need either PM or Email notifications of new posts to your joined groups.
