Favorite Users based on reputation given

I did a search, but alas could not find anything.

What I'm looking for is a field in everyone's profile that says "Favorite User." This field would be populated by whoever they have given the most Reputation Points to.

I'm sure this is doable, and I'd do it myself if only I was a tad more savvy.

Anyways, if someone knows something like this, or wants to throw it together, I'd be grateful! :)
