Host upgraded to PHP 5.6.5, some forum features not working

I had my forum migrated from a VPS to a dedicated server. During the migration, the host upgraded my PHP to 5.2.5.

Certain features of the forum are no longer working; most problematic is that users cannot view anything beyond the first page of a thread. I have always had it set to split to a second page after 25 posts, but now when they click on any additional page numbers in the page number display atop and/or below each thread, it just jumps them back to the top of page 1.

For a temporary fix I've set thread display to show 200 posts per page (ugh!), can anyone help?

Other issues are that profiles are no longer viewable, and my donations tally bar no longer displays. These are just the issues I've noticed in the first few hours since the move.

Just to clarify... do you mean 5.2.5? I don't think there is a 5.6.5 released. Issues regarding modifications are best placed in the modification threads themselves. vBulletin should work on 5.2.5, it is most likely your modifications that are breaking your forum. Also ensure you are using the latest stable release of vBulletin (3.6.8).

Yes, sorry....5.2.5. It's been a long night!

My VBul is 3.6.8, patch level 1.

You should be using Patch Level 2. Although this probably won't fix you forum.

Disable your modifications and see if your problem persists. Also try using the default vBulletin Style

I'm using PHP 5.2.5 and have no problems whatsoever. I believe this is caused by a third party add on. But as Opserty said, you should be definitely using patch level 2.

Please post a link to a info.php file so we can check over whats compiled into php, typically im going to call a over zealous security setting, if you dont want to post it here, PM a link.

Thanks for all the advice, I do appreciate it.

I had my hosting service revert PHP back to 4, it solved all the problems I was having.
