How does this error occur?
 

Idk if anyone ever has this problem but I have had it happen a few times but why does it seem that when I install a new mod onto my boards (again, only has happened a few times) the new page that has the mod doesn't work.

For example, I downloaded and installed the iShop mod and the install went fine but when i went to the ishop page such as www.triplechat.com/forums/ishop.php the page errors out and doesn't load. I know it works though cause others say it works fine on the mods thread.

Now I thought that maybe my server doesn't have a feature that it is looking for but i don't know. What is your guys take on this?

Did you make sure to upload all the files into their proper directory? That error says it can't find a file - functions_ishop.php. So, either you forgot to upload it or you don't have the permissions correct on the file.

well I uninstalled and removed the files already, I was just giving an example cause it has happened with other mods.

I didn't know if it was a server setting that would cause this.

If you want, I can try to reinstall it again to show you.

Well, it really helps to see what the full error is in order to try to figure out why they aren't working for you.
