editpost.php Miscellaneous Options

Been searching with no success - if I'm editing an existing post (ie: adding a headline from newsfeeds) is there a simpe hack that would add to "Miscellaneous Options" a check box that would "Mark As New" an existing post so it would appear in everyones "New Posts" que to read?
