How? Can only sign in invisible X times a week/month
 
The forum I admin would like to make it so that normal (Not admin/mod/etc) users are only able you login invisible a set amount of times in a week or month.

This will not affect "VIP" members either. This is a group who decided to donate to the board.

Please consider me an idiot when explaining this! I really have NO clue how to go about this.

There is no code that I'm aware of that is responsible for counting the amount of times a user has logged in, thus I would say that what you need is to find someone who is willing to code in a 'login counter' of sorts for you.

There is no such feature in default vBulletin. You may need to hire a coder to do this for you.
