Help to show user title on "Welcome to our newest member" on index.php
 
Hey there,

I would like to show the user title next to the new member name, where it shows on the front page of the forums.

eg: Welcome to our newest member: Belgrael (Approved Member)

Can anyone direct me to how I might go about this?

Or, as an alternative, can you help me work out how to only show those that have been approved and are full blown members?
