Adding a Javascript function to the mainpage's index.html file?
So I created a forum for a radio station, and it's hosted at a separate domain then their mainpage (one is at a radio.com address, other is at forum.com). The corporate web guys gave me a javascript code snippet that would "give credit" to the main station domain for traffic on my forum's webpage. Can anyone give me an idea where I would need to add the following code (i.e. what file i need to modify) to make this piece of code work without negatively affecting the messag board.

You could put it in the header template or the head include and I'm sure it would work.
