Hello

i have a problem

in Admincp , in users, send e-mail to user

I'm not send e-mail to users
i try, but don't send email to user
I'm check it, but deny email in my mailbox

and in registrations, i tick send e-mail to user for welcome to forum
but, not send e-mail again

please help me.

Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Test Email

Please test if you receive an email. Also note that emails may be moved into "Spam" folders.

i test 3 mail , but no answer

Then it indicates a problem with either your email configuration, or your server. I suggest you talk to your host.
