removing stat files
 
hey. I decided to remove vb because it was giving me too many problems and it made my site run so slowly, so I switched to simple machines forum, but now I am faced with a new problem. I've removed all the files from my database and hosting except for a file fold named stats and it contains log files to various vb stats. well, these files don't really do anything, they are not in the way, but I want them gone, but the permission as set in such a way that I cannot delete them from my site. I use FileZilla and I have used it to try to reset the permissions. It says it resets them, but doesn't and I'm left with a huge file that is taking up a lot of space. the file permissions are set to 705, if that makes any difference.

Ask your host to remove them, those are not vb default files.
