Disable external links

Hi there,

Is there any mod that will allow me to disable linking to an external website on my board, but allow me to have exceptions.. basically only allowing certain sites to be linked to.

so you don't want people to be able to click out but still allow exceptions or do you not want people hotlinking to your site?
