Two Step Poll Process
 

I have looked all over for this type of mod. I wonder if any of you can do this. This is a two step poll process.

Step 1: When there is a poll up on the forums, any member can select which option they like more. I know the first step is already available. But the next step is not.

Step 2: After a member clicks submit on the poll voting process, they will automatically be redirected to a poll reply area. This will be the 2nd phase of the polling process. In order for their vote to count, they MUST submit a reply as to why they voted for that option in the poll. If they do not reply, then their vote will not count and will not be added to the poll. After they replied, they will click submit for the 2nd time and then their vote will be added and their reply be automatically posted as to why they voted for that option.

I know this is possible because I seen this on another web site a while back that had their polling system set up like this. I don't recall if it was a vbulletin forum or not. But I voted in the poll and it was set up exactly like these two steps. I searched google for this and came up with nothing. What do you all think?
