I'm having problems uploading/displaying attachments.

Everyone,

Whenever a member attempts to upload an attachment there is the red X right where the attachment should be. This has been happening for the last few months or so. I have checked the attachment settings, etc. I have VB3.6.8 PL2.

Thank you.

Do you have the attachments stored in a file system ?

I did do something on that but I can't remember how I did it.

well, you can check in your admincp
under attachments >

Check to see if they are setup in a file system, make sure the folder that you are storing your attachments in CHMOD to 777

I knew that. I found it just before you posted. I re-moved them back into the file system again. Now I'm getting this:

sh: /identify: No such file or directory

The path to the attachments must be the *full* path.

Does that include the URL? i.e. www.HGAGghl.net

No, it will not have a url in it at all. For instance, mine is "/home/mysitename/attachments"

Still didn't work with my values. I'll see what I can do. Thanks.

I always use the forumpath.php file from vBa to get the actual path
