Force Profile Update

I'm wondering if it would be possible to force people to update their profiles?

Sort of like the "force reading of thread", if someone's last profile update is less than a certain date, then display the error message and profile update link.

Running a guild site, this would be very helpful. I realize that, sometimes, people don't have an update, but they can just hit "save" without making changes ;)
