error when logging in

Sometimes when i login to my forum after enter my login info and pressing the login button i get this error

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.0.59 (CentOS) Server at server.co.uk Port 80

the url in the browser after logging in is http://www.site.com/login.php?do=login

Any ideas?
