How do I create a static page and link it in navigation bar?
 
As title said, I want to generate a static page with some texts in it.
(Adsense's new Privacy Policy thing).
And I want to link it in navigation bar or footer.
How Can I do this?

Edit the 'navbar' template and add a new <td> amongst the other links (about line 75 onwards).

Edit: There's no nice way of generating a static page using vBulletin alone. You could use vBadvanced, which is CMS-type product for vBulletin.
